Loyalty status is the sum of CleverPoints, which guarantee the crediting of a certain amount (depending on the status: Bronze, Silver or Gold).
It is calculated on the basis of the CleverPoints collected by the customer in the last 60 days.
Within the first 60 days after signing up with CleverShuttle, all collected CleverPoints are included in the loyalty status.
On the 61st day after registration, the points for day 1 are deleted and only the points collected from day 2 to day 61 count, on day 62, the points for day 2 are deleted, etc.
The loyalty status or number of CleverPoints is constant and changes daily, a certain loyalty status can only be maintained by continuously collecting CleverPoints.
