Please note that for security reasons, our drivers are only able to carry small amounts of change. Should the driver not be in a position to issue suitable change, the driver will terminate the ride with the note “not paid”. In this case, the customer account will be automatically blocked from making further bookings. The block can easily be removed by our customer support team as soon as the fare is paid.
